My practice is directed towards assisting you in your unique process towards health, wholeness, personal empowerment and spiritual transformation.

I received formal training and certification in therapeutic massage from the Monterey Institute of Touch in Carmel, CA. I specialize in relaxation massage and weave a variety of therapeutic techniques into the massage to meet your specific needs.

I am a Shamballa Master and Usui Reiki Master-Teacher. I received my training from Certified Reiki Master Teachers. My Usui Reiki lineage can be traced back to Dr. Mikao Usui. I am trained to channel Reiki energy which is a gentle, supportive, healing energy. I offer Reiki treatment sessions and training.

In 1997 I completed my training and certification in Medical Qigong Therapy at the International Institute of Medical Qigong , The Overseas College of Medical Qigong, Henan University of Traditional Chinese Medicine.

Some of my experience in spiritual counseling came from my religious upbringing and spiritual background which has been shaped and influenced by Christianity, alternative thought about human potential, Pagan and Eastern religious practices, beliefs, and cultural ideologies. I have respect for all religious practices and believe all Ways lead to the divine if it is your intention to connect with it. My largest concerns focus on the ways in which we are separated and living so disconnectedly from our spiritual selves and how we forsake our spiritual nature in pursuit of security and fulfillment in the material world. My guidance is directed towards a renewed commitment to God and your spiritual self and to reclaiming your inner power and wisdom. The spiritual guidance I offer is supported by prayer and enhanced by my intuitive sensibilities.
